gcole26 Posted November 5, 2013 Author Report Share Posted November 5, 2013 Yeah thats what I was doing yesterday and no joy. I dont know if its gunked up in the channel that the lever travels in. autom8r Posted November 6, 2013 Report Share Posted November 6, 2013 Take it to a do-it-yourself car wash and clean the engine off. This should dislodge any gunk that's there. biglindy71 Posted July 9, 2016 Report Share Posted July 9, 2016 These things are so frustrating! I finally figured it out though... There is a space underneath the grey portion of the clip that allows for something like a flat screwdriver to be placed in there.
