I have tried and tried to change the wallpaper on the navigation screen and I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have added and saved pics from my flash drive and I am pretty sure they are the correct size. I was told they should be 800x384. Has anyone else had this issue before? Mirage52 Posted February 24, 2014 Report Share Posted February 24, 2014 I had a little bit of trouble with this too but figured it out. You have to make sure the pictures are the right size. I cropped the image I wanted to use and saved it as a new file. Then put it on the flash drive and uploaded it to Sync. That worked for me.
