Back here, its not the rain, its the salt the road crews pour on the streets to melt snow. I Googled "auto body repair in UAE" and got several hits. Looked on Facebook for Dubai and got dozens of hits, one had 39k likes. If it were me, I would get an estimate from a shop like Mr. Cars Auto Maintenance UAE or simular (they are the ones who had 39k likes).
