Thought I would place this video on it's own topic rather than have it buried in another topic. Hope this helps those who want to do the job themselves or at least provides some inspiration. I saved about 350 dollars doing this job my self so it is well worth the time and effort.

Yep Vermont. Largest populated city is only 40k people. They still don't like the video. Go figure. Anyway 27 countries and 49 states, except for Vermont!! have viewed it. Hoping it helps someone else as I find these types of videos helpful to me.

Something I ran into when changing the accessory belt was the new belt that was slightly to big. It was a Goodyear Gatorback belt. What happened was within a few hundred miles of putting on a new Goodyear Gatorback the tensioner started to chatter as the stop was lightly tapping due to the belt being too big once the belt settled in. When I first heard that rapping sound I thought something internal had failed in the engine.

I grabbed a second Gatorback and it too was the same size so it would not work either. Contacted Goodyear to double check the belt part number and they said it was correct, problem must be the vehicle...basically they were a bit less than useless. Bought a new Motorcraft belt and installed it and it fit perfect with lots of room to the tensioner stop.

If you replace your belt and shortly after notice a distinct loud rapping sound from the pass side, look to see if the tensioner is hitting the stop.

No block Canada is number two most viewed by countries. So it is working. 1500 views and averaging one view an hour now. 65 countries some that I have never hear of (I need to brush up on geography) For some Reason Colorado does not show up as viewing. Maybe everyone is too stoned.

Still there in the first post. Don't know if there's a regional block on YT disallowing CA but shouldn't be.
