I love everything about our new 2014 Edge Limited, except for the following:

Why in the world would Ford not install a TPMS? I can turn on my A/C with a voice command, but I have no TPMS.

The nice attractive chrome rims are not rims at all....they are plastic wheel covers. Again, seriously Ford? I pony up for the Limited and get plastic wheel covers. Oh well, I’m sure the wife will shred them in short order so that will just give me an excuse to buy some nice custom wheels down the road, LOL!

You do have TPMS. It will alert you if a tire is more than 25% low. It just doesn't tell you which tire. The 2015 will tell you the individual tire pressures but no pre-2015 Fords have this AFAIK. It's not a big deal since you still need to check pressures on all 4 tires and refill appropriately.

The wheels are actually real chrome - clad over plastic. They're lighter than chromed steel wheels and will not pit or rust. We had them on our 2008 Edge for 6 years and they looked as good the day we traded it in as the first day. The downside is they cannot easily be repaired and they're expensive. Ford isn't the only one using them either.
