After you check out all the tire shopes on line and decide which you want. Go to your Ford Dealer and see if he will do a price match or better. I have a 2013 with 17's. Bought Bridgstone Hussler H/L Alenza Plus which are an 85,000 mile tire. They are quite, soft riding and I love them. We will see about that 85,000 miles?

Just got the Yokohama Prada Spec-Xs on sale on ebay from DiscountTireDirect (well, $100 coupon). Based on reviews from TireRack they seem like a grea tire. Once they are installed and we puts some miles on them I'll report back.

Had those on my 2014 GMC pickup and they were great tires...but they were worn out at 22,000 miles

I will soon need tires on my 2013 Edge Sport

I am not a big fan of the Pirelli Tires and their rough ride

What have owners of the Sport actually put on, used, and have really liked...they must be available in 22's as I love the stock rimes

Exact thing I'm wondering. Toyo, Continental, ? :detective::shrug: Pirellis are the stock tire on my sport, but reviews i've seen were not favorable.

I receintly replaced the tires on my 57 T-Bird with Coker Classics which I got from Amazon. They were $400 cheaper at Amazon. BUT, they all proved to be "out-of-round". I wanted Amazon to replace them but they only had 2 in inventory. After 2 1/2 months they still only have 2 in inventory. So I got Diamondbacks(toyo as smooth as glass) and sent the Coker's back for a refund. Now I'm holding mt breath on the refund. Resolving this hassle may have coast much more than the $400 in saved. Just be aware.

Wow, hope they go longer than that. We made 40K on the stock Pirelli's which were fine, but pricey. Only keeping the vehicle another year, two tops but sheesh, that's almost as bad as the Mich Pilot Sport's on my CTS-V.

CleBoy, yes. Had them put on yesterday and I am very pleased. Very little if any road noise compared to the Pirellis. Great looking tire and a very comfortable ride. One thing I really like that I haven't seen brought up is the fact that they are not a directional tire so that means when it comes time to rotate them, I can swap sides which will help eliminate heel-toe wear. I would like to think I can get close to 50k miles out of them. For the price, I sure hope so. We will see.

I did! Had them on about a week and I'm loving them! Can't say the ride is too much smoother, but it's sooooo much quieter. The grip feels good...had a lot of rain lately and the tires are performing great. Just feels good to know that I have some new tread for winter!
