Lex Talionis Posted January 15, 2016 Report Share Posted January 15, 2016 So the right passenger side trim molding piece next to the vista roof of my 2008 Edge Limited is rusted and bubbling up. I want to replace it and I am a pretty handy guy (as can be seen by many mods I have done around here years ago). The part to replace is 7T4Z-7851746-A BUT what I am trying to find out is if it is just adhesive backed like some of the other molding so I can heat gun it off? Or is it something more elaborate like going through the headliner or bolts or clips. Anyone have any insight into how this piece is attached and the level of difficulty in replacing it myself?
