2013 Edge won't start

We took our 2013 Edge into the dealership where we purchased it in So. Cal because the heater wasn't working properly, the alarm malfunctioned occasionally, and the USB ports had never worked.

The service rep, implied that my wife was lying about the USB ports and stated you have 33k miles on it, as if we are supposed to be happy the car lasted that long. Anyway, the dealership had the car all day and we found out that the motor that controls the vent doors was out, so they replaced that, charged us $40 for a fuse to fix the USB ports, and stated unless the alarm malfunctioned in their possession there wasn't anything they could do.

We got the car back on a Friday and by the following Wednesday, my wife needed a jump start due to a dead battery. That worked, but then the next 2 days she had intermittent starting problems. By Monday the battery was no longer functioning, so we had to buy a new battery, and have the Edge towed to new dealership for service.

They asked what was done at the first dealership and if we had an aftermarket alarm. The alarm was on the Edge when we purchased it, so our response was no. That was on Monday, on Wednesday they called and said they found the problem, it was the starter interrupt fuse was MISSING, and that the starter interrupt is an aftermarket that some dealerships install to prevent theft from the lot. I'm not sure where this fuse is located, but I know we didn't, nor did AAA touch the fuse boxes. Now we are on the hook for $325 for a fuse that the original dealership must have fiddled with and the cost of the new battery.

Any suggestions on how to recover a cost that was created by the first shop?
