I clicked on the renew button and got an e-mail saying it has been renewed, digging deeper into webpage it says I have to spend $60.00 dollars to renew my subscription. But I was never asked about payment when renewing or in e-mail. Does anyone have insight? Doesn't all new Edge's come with 3 year subscriptions? Hi raymill53, Most SYNC equipped vehicles come with a limited time complimentary subscription. The length can vary. Send the VIN in a private message; I'll provide more details on your vehicle.
