I need to replace the radio controls on the right side of the steering wheel in my 2013 Ford Edge SEL. However, I have been unable to find any videos on how to remove the airbag and gain access to the moulding to be able to replace the controls. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

My volume control on my steering wheel in my 2013 Edge wasn't working, tonight I took it out and replaced it with a brand new one. I put it all back together and the volume switch still doesn't work. :/ anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? Maybe bad wiring or a loose connection?
