Do Edge body parts fit MKXs?

I was backing up my 2008 MKX in a parking garage when a cement support pillar jumped out behind me. My upper and lower rear bumper covers were both dented and scuffed. I have been looking online for a replacement and it seems like the bumper covers for edges are less expensive.

My question: Would a bumper cover from an Edge fit my MKX? Also, does anyone know how to remove the rear bumper cover on a 2008 MKX? I saw some step by step instructions for the second generations, but nothing for first gen. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Here is the procedure to remove the rear bumper cover for the MKX. (The Edge is similar).

1. Remove the scrivets from the rear bumper cover.
