D Cartwright Posted November 1, 2016 Report Share Posted November 1, 2016 I purchased a new 2016 Ford Edge 3.5 L SEL AWD. It now has 5500 Km's on it. Great vehicle so far except for the creaking front passenger seat? It only creaks when a passenger is in the seat. it creaks when I accelerate, decelerate, go over bumps or compressions in the road. I read that the 2016 Ford Explorer has a similar issue and that it may be a bolt in the sub frame that is the issue. Anyone else experiencing the same? I am taking my Edge in for the second time in a weeks time regarding this. Any helpful feedback would be appreciated. other than this annoyance; I am very happy with the vehicle.
