If you live in a mountainous region that requires that type of winter driving hardware, check out your dealership or maybe some other shops. Many of them offer packages exactly for people like you that match a set of rims and tires for the vehicle. You can also visit Tirerack's website and play around with their little tool that allows you to size up potential rim and winter tire packages. I agree that 18's may be along the lines of what you could use. I have heard of 17's being possible but that would make me nervous and also could look goofy with that much sidewall bubble.
