Are they're still issues with the 2013 model years? What years were problematic? Any user opinions on how they like/dislike the synch? omar302 Posted April 30, 2017 Report Share Posted April 30, 2017 Sync on the 2013 Edge Sport is called MyFord Touch. There is no specific bad year for the system. It might fail just like any PC or electronic device. The complaints surrounding it were interested the early software versions that really had many bugs and shut down on owners preventing access to HVAC & audio. With latest software updates, it is pretty reliable, as long as you don't expect it to respond like a modern tablet. In short, it is slow, but not bad.
