Marguerite Posted May 9, 2017 Report Share Posted May 9, 2017 our power liftgate closed ovrt part of the mesh cargo holder. We could neither open it or close it. Neither could the dealer. Left overnight, the system drained the battery. The AAA service person who jumped out battery says he saw this exact issue on another Edge recently. The dealer thinks it's a wiring issue. I would assume that the cargo mesh is jammed in the lock. The dealer is saying it's a wiring issue. It's a 2016 and should be under warrantee for wiring issues.
