FordEdgeOakville Posted June 10, 2017 Report Share Posted June 10, 2017 After only 6 months SYNC screen goes half black, SYNC reboots at random, loses map, radio and commands, shut down every 15-30 minutes. When I turn on the car, there is a weird sound from the back of the screen. In 2 months I was three times at dealership/service. I think they did not change anything, only reset the program...the odd sound remains. I am also disappointed with how I was treated by the advisor. I'm so sorry that I have invested in a company which does not offer quality and confidence. ... I'm waiting for tips if you know a good and honest technician. Thanks! After the money transaction is done, they're not longer interested. I called an another representative and they told me to come back from where I bought the car.
