Wondering if 21 x 10 wheels with 295 x 35 tires will fit on a G2 Edge Sport ? Stock wheels are 21 x  9.

A 295 x 35 x 21 tire will be aprox 6/10 inch on each side wider than the stock 265 x 21 x 40 tires. That is using the same offset as the stock wheels.
The 295 x 35 tire has a 4.1 inch side wall.  The Stock 265 x 40 tire has a 4.2 inch side wall . Only 1/10 inch diff.
Overall a 295 x 35 is 29.1 inch tall and the stock 265 x 21 are 29.3 tall. Only 2/10 diff.
The 295 is 1.2 inch wider than stock.

There are lots of manufactures making this size tire so there a a great selection to chose from.

The strut shown in the diagram is for show only. Don't worry if the wheel looks like it fouls!

Has anyone put oversize tires on a G2 Sport yet? If so what combo did they / you  use ?

7mm more than before.

Based on what people have done with late model Fords, you are likely ok upsizing the tire width by up to 30 mm or so total and still be rub-free.  The new size you specified is 30mm exactly upsized, so my assumption would be that it is ok.

I have recently been looking for some alternatives to the 265/40 21" P-Zeros but there isn't much out there.  Mine are already almost done with and I've only got 10k miles on them.  I drive the car rather aggressively so I'm not that surprised, but I certainly cannot afford to be shelling out $2k every year for new Pirelli's.  Living in SoCal, I can run summer tires all year long.  I found a Singapore company that makes a line of tires called Radar tires (parent company is called Omni United).  They make a summer performance tire called the Dimax R8+ and you can buy them for about $600 for a set of 4 in 265/40 21" which is great, but I wonder about the quality.  I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" so I am a bit skeptical.  Does anyone know anything about these tires?  At that price point, I could rip thru a set of those each year and be fine with it.  Here is a link:

Tire Rack has a deal on  265X40x21 P Zero only 154.96 each. For some reason I cannot place a link that works. So go to Tire Rack ,click on tires & scroll down to and click on By Size
Put in 265X40X21 and click on view results. Go about half way down the page. Not sure how long they will have them as they are a closeout deal. 275x40 will also fit our 21X9 wheels.

Look at all the ratings shown on tirerack.Com.
https://m.tirerack.c...nLoadRating=S#0

Igor the winter tires and look closely at the OEM tires.

I saw that tire rack ad on Friday too, but that price was only for 1 tire.

Found some P zeros here for a good price. These people look to have better prices than Tire Rack.

That is a good price for them.  How are your scorpion verde's holding up?  They must be pretty close to spent by now...knowing the way you drive on them.

So far so good I have 8500 on them and it looks like I have another 8500 to go.  I have not had a chance to get to the canyons of late as I have been super busy. The Scorpions may last a bit longer than the P Zero, but the P Zero sticks like glue when my Scorps are squealing for mercy.  :shift:

Wow thats certainly a lot more than I got out of my p-zeros for sure.  I'm not buying them again based on price alone.  I know you have been looking at getting some summer performance tires, I just got a set of the Atturo AZ850's in 265/40 21 for just over $500 all in.  The reviews of these tires have been very positive.  Apparently Atturo focuses on the light truck and SUV/CUV off road and performance market exclusively.  For this price point they are certainly worth a shot.  I'll let you know what I think once I put a few hundred miles on them.

I just checked them out and they look like a good summer tire at a great price. I am interested in finding out how they perform for you.

I'm really liking these Atturos so far...such a better deal compared to the p-zeros.  I was able to push them a bit over the weekend now that they are broken in little.  They handle damn good, maybe not quite at the level of the Pirellis, but very close performance wise from what I can tell.  I need to take them up and down the snake again soon, just to see for sure.  I'm limited on roads near my house that I can test them on without getting a ticket.  I like that the initial tread depth is deeper on these compared to the p-zeros too.  They should last longer simply because of the thicker tread, plus they have a slightly better UTQG tread wear rating (320 vs 220 for the p-zeros) but these ratings can be deceiving.  Another thing I noticed was that they are a bit quieter on the road than the Pirellis were.  Looks-wise, they are right up there with the p-zeros as well.

Wow!  $500 for a set of decent 21" Tires.... that is amazing.  I have not heard of Atturos before.. Are  they noticeably better than the Scorpions?

Yes, me. I went with some 265-35-22's… (Mine is a G2 but a Titanium not a Sport but in this case, I don't think it really matters…)

Roots, based on your review I'd like to try those tires, but can't find them listed with any of my local tire fitment places.

Where did you buy yours?

I was thinking of buying them online and having a tire fitment shop install and balance them, but many of these places wont do that if you didn't buy the tires from them.

Would like to see there winter tires.

Can't find and tire shops in my area that have the AZ850, and none that I know of that will fit tires you bring in.

Edit: Ken Towery's will fit and balance them for $90 , plus $90 for wheel alignment.

BTW, the KT person I spoke to tried to talk me out of trying the Atturo tires - said the ride would be vastly different, ........ sounded like sales talk more than anything else.

Just look around and call a bunch of tire shops, I pretty easily found a shop that did it for like $40 per tire/wheel for mounting and balancing.  Probably was a little easier for me to find being in SoCal though.  I'm sure you will be able to find one, probably stay away from the larger chain stores because I'm betting they are more likely to have that retarded policy.  Here's the current Amazon Prime listing for the tires @ $131 each with free shipping:

https://www.amazon.c...az850 265 40 21

Amazon has a service offer that you might want to use.  You can purchase it at checkout and prepay for mounting and balancing, they will provide you a list of shops in your area that will do it.  I'm going to use it next time because it would have been cheaper than what I spent finding a place on my own.  Heres a link explaining the prepaid service for tires:

https://www.amazon.c...re installation

This place has them for $113 per tire with free shipping also, but no prepaid service installation:

https://simpletire.c...3&query=catalog

So far I'm still really pleased with these tires and for sure recommend them for anyone with 21" wheels looking for summer performance tires that doesn't want to spend $400 per P-Zero.

Good luck, let me know how you make out.
