omar302 Posted November 29, 2017 Report Share Posted November 29, 2017 (edited) I know the stock engine idle speed is 600 RPM, but I also remember reading somewhere (can't find it now) that with the Tow Package the idle speed was 640 RPM. I have a 2011 MKX with the factory towing package & with checking recently with ForScan it seems that my idle speed is set at 600 RPM. The desired speed is 600 and actual hovers around 600, but definitely not 640. Can someone that has the Tow Package confirm what their Edge/MKX has? Thanks.
