The latest I've had is the passengers side temperature will beep constantly and increase the heat even when on AC. Touching the dual button does nothing and sometimes not even the touch screen . Brought the vehicle to the Ford dealer and no codes came up . They suspect the FCIM . That was in August. I recently went back to purchase this part and the parts manager didn't know what I was talking about. He called me later and said Ford didn't make these so he was going to order. Then told me there was no delivery from that company so go to a scrap yard . Good service ! Does anyone know what part I should be looking for? He was also trying sell the front panel.
