kiteflyer45 Posted January 6, 2018 Report Share Posted January 6, 2018 Hey all . My 2016 Edge titanium has a fan issue . Most of the time it will work but not at any consistent speed . At times it will not work at all , then a few minute later it comes on high , then fluctuates in speed . I have verified this with a wind speed meter . When in a low speed it may go up a little then back down then stop all together . I have tried turning off the heat, changing to auto , changing the input from in cabin to out door air , none if this seems to help . Its still under warranty but any thoughts . Thanks in advance ! WWWPerfA_ZN0W Posted January 6, 2018 Report Share Posted January 6, 2018 Assuming there IS an issue, have you checked the cabin air filter to see if it might be blocked? Also take a strong light and peek into the windshield cowling on the right side to make sure it is clear of debris. Issues could range from dirty cabin air filter to faulty blower to faulty HVAC module. With a newer MY vehicle like yours, it is MOST likely the filter or duct.
