Corrupt_Liberty Posted May 15, 2018 Report Share Posted May 15, 2018 I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge Sort about a month ago and so far I love this car. A major upgrade from my old '02 Maxima (not that I didn't love my Max). I do miss that third pedal though. I'm itching to personalize it but not 100% on how to proceed so if you have any ideas fell free to chime in. Not really looking for performance upgrades. I think I'm gonna keep the engine stock. Getting too old to be wrenching on cars just for fun. There are some cosmetic mods that are easy to do: hood air deflector, window deflectors (if that's your thing), rear bumper sill protector (get an aftermarket, not the Ford one), puddle lamp and interior LED upgrades. Also some mechanicals that aren't really difficult: Redline Hood Struts (very cool), wire up an engine compartment LED light, also if you are interested you can install aftermarket air filters (AEM, K+N, etc) and maybe a cleanble and re-usable cabin filter.
