Ford 2016 AWD Titanium with 20" wheels + 18" spare tire

Yes. The Spare has a different tire that is for temporary use only and max speed of 50 mph (if I remember correctly). AWD will probably disconnect when using the spare & you should revert to the original wheel/tire as soon as possible.

It is mentioned in the Owenr's manual, though not in a clear section. It is under the information messages, All Wheel Drive.

So they put different spare tire to different trims?

As far as I know, the same spare is for all trims, but in the parts list there seems to be a steel & aluminum spare wheel. I don't know on what basis which is included in any trim, that is if they are even supplied differently as it could be a parts list thing and/or market dependant. My 16 Sport has the steel spare.
