And very much illegal for use on public roads. The law only allows up to four lights on the front based on conditions that vary from state to state. Some use brightness (expressed as candlepower, lumens, visible distance) while others use function (combination of headlights, auxiliary driving lights, fog lights etc.). But they all express the same basic limit - no more than a total of four bright lights on the front of the vehicle (turn signals and parking/running lights not included).
