Rear washer tube replacement and some interior lights not working

Hey all,

So, i just bought an 07' Edge from my Girlfriend's dad. It had been sitting out front of their house for about a year. we got her started and all is well just some minor issues to handle. First thing is I'm sure the washer motor (I think) is probably shot. it comes out really weak on the drivers side, not at all on the passenger side, and the rear one leaks like a sieve. I found how to replace the front two nozzles (that's what I'm checking first, anyway), but I couldn't find anything on how to swap out the rear one. if you guys have any knowledge on how to do that please share with me I would appreciate it very much.

I've noticed that the lights that illuminate the gear shift positions and the air control both are out. my first thought was that it could be just a fuse since none of the other lights are out. in the event that it's not a fuse would this be an easy fix to handle, or is it something that I should have a professional handle?

I work nights so I don't have too much time to work on things, but if they're easy then I'll have no problems lol.

any and all help is appreciated! also if this isn't in the correct part of the forum for these questions please let me know so I can place it correctly!
