  1. Hi Folks, Can someone point me to the location of the Ford Edge 2.7L Mass Air Flow Sensor(s)? Ours is a 2016 Edge Sport, 35k miles. I searched the forum, and am either searching incorrectly, or the information is not posted here. My understanding is that it is okay to clean the Mass Air Flow Sensor, but we should not clean the Throttle Body on a turbocharged engine. That is what I learned from the CRC videos. I am not a mechanic. I have been working on my cars for 40+ years. I am an engineer. πŸ™‚ But I am not a mechanic!! Thanks - Doug
  2. Hi there Everyone. I'm new to the forum. I'm from South Texas and I own a 2015 Edge SEL. Thanks for having me. Question: Does anyone have a clue what bulb size is the Front bumper Daytime Running Lights aka "Foglights" or as Parts Ford Rep stated Side markers. The Rep could not tell me because she stated it wasn't noted cause they only sell the entire assembly. I do plan on checking it myself when I have time. Just thought I'd ask before finding the time to get my hands dirty. I have included a picture below of what I am in search for. Btw, that is not my Edge on the photo. Thanks!!
  3. SSM 47378 – 2015-2018 Various Vehicles – 2.7L/3.0L EcoBoost – Crankshaft Pulley Bolt Torque Procedure During service and repair of the 2.7L/3.0L EcoBoost achieving proper torque of the crankshaft pulley bolt is critical. Incorrect torque may allow the bolt to loosen resulting in the timing gear breaking and engine damage. Replacement of the bolt is critical to the repair. The bolt requires a 4 stage torque procedure. Hold the pulley using a universal holding tool OTC 4754 or equivalent. Stage 1: 225 Nm (166 lb.ft) Stage 2: Loosen 360Β° Stage 3: 35 Nm (26 lb.ft) Stage 4: 270Β°. Refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM) Section, 303-01. The bolt torque procedure can be found in the crankshaft front seal removal and installation procedure or in the engine assembly procedure.
