For Sale - 4 Ford Edge Sport 21" Rims & Tires. These are 2016 factory Ford rims with factory Pirelli Scorpion tires on them. Tire size is 265/40 R21. Ford TPMS sensors are installed in the rims. A matched factory set. Excellent condition. I bought these as a spare set for our 2016 Ford Edge Sport, but have never used them. The tread depths of the tires varies from 6/32nds to 9/32nds. New tread depth for these tires is listed by Pirelli as 12/32nds. There are two curb marks that I have included pictures of. You can buy these rims used from Detroit Wheel & Tire for $350 per wheel, the tires are $220 each (new), and the TPMS sensors are ~$50. Add mounting, balancing and you are well over $2k. $1,250. Located in central Ohio. Will drive to the edges of the state to meet. Prefer not to ship. Thanks - Doug

Replacing original 20" Pirelli Scorpion STR Tires...what do you recommend?

I am preparing to replace the original 20" Pirelli Scorpion STR's on my 2011 Edge and am curious what other owners are rolling with and what replacement tires they are recommending. I was considering the Bridgestone Ecopia's though the rep at a local tire store was recommending Yokahoma YK580's. -
This video shows what I suspected and confirmed. The inside wheel bead was leaking. The reason for the leak was due to oxidation of the rim between the wheel and the tire bead. The oxidation eventually increased in enough amounts to allow air to seep out of the tire and cause the tire to loose enough air over about a two week time frame to activate the TPMS for a low tire. This video show the oxidation and the repair to the rim and tire to reseal it.

I curbed my new Edge today and the dealer price to replace the wheel is extremely high. I think I will take this opportunity to replace with something different. Anybody looking for 3 wheels with less than 4000 miles on them? Or anybody know a good place to sell them. The three that didn't get damaged are in perfect condition.

I have a set of 2012 Edge Sport wheels for sale. tires have about 200 miles on them, no rash or curb bites at all. i had aftermarket wheels on my Edge, but traded for the new OEM style.....just in time for winter! I had them on my truck for less than a week and decided to swap to my winter wheels. Could use the money, so Im selling my new rims they are complete with center caps, lugs, tires and TPMS email for pics ftc@live.ca Im south of Toronto Ontario

I just bought a 2012 Ford Edge SE with the stock 17" painted rims. I wanted to upgrade to the 20" OEM rims. However just concerned with axle width and rear dif gearing. I was looking at the higher Edge models of limited, SEL, and sport, they have a wider axle, different gearing. And to add, don't know if suspension will be effected. Can or would someone here know if upgrading to 20" rims, I would also need to invest in upgrades to rear dif gearing, axle, and suspension. thanks Mel
