  1. Traded in my 14 Edge Sport for a 17 Edge sport a few months back. I had JUST put these mods on the car less than a week before I sold it (wasn't planning on selling it when I bought them). Looking for $180 for the CAI ($280 value), AF Dynamic w a KN filter. AF Dynamic is gaining reputation on Amazon and Ebay, Pipe is very nice quality but I had better results w the KN filter (I will include both). Silver heat sheild came w it and works/ fits good but I wanted black so I bought the Kyostar sheild and attached it w a zip tie (will include zip ties). You will also need to go to your local parts store and buy the two lengths of hose circled on the directions (will be less than $10). Caliper covers may have a few small scuffs but are basically brand new, clips and directions included, $160 (cost me $230). Akrapovic Carbon Fiber exhaust tips - $40/$30 (one is scraped up from rubbing the bumper) or $65 for the pair. Shipping on your dime from Maryland 20878. PM me if you are interested. Thanks!

    aFe Power CAI

So I talked with Tyler Carrington at aFe Power and they have a CAI for the new 2019 Edge ST and need someone in southern California to help with test fit and optimization. I live on the East Coast and would anyone in SoCA be able to help them? That way the rest of us can get some info.
  3. Hey everyone, Im not too sure if anyone has done this yet. Ive looked to see if anyone has done it yet and havent found anything. I recently purchased the Steeda CAI and throttle body spacer for the Fusion to try it out on my Edge. I just got around to installing it on the Edge, so far I have had it on the vehicle for only a couple days now but I am enjoying it. You will not be able to fit the engine cover back on if you do this without trimming it. I havent modified the engine cover yet but I plan on doing that eventually. No engine codes or anything will be thrown as long as you put your sensor for the intake back in and dont break it(thats probably the hardest part about installing the CAI because of fitting it through the grommet). Steeda provides you with everything besides the bolt that sits down in the grommet under the intake (this helps support the intake and keep it upright on the back end). All I bought to make this work was a piece of 1/4 all thread, I cut it to 6 and thats the bolt I replaced in the kit that Steeda sent me to support the CAI. Also, you need to use the grommet piece off the stock intake box. Anyways, here are some pictures of it. Steeda - https://www.steeda.com/steeda-fusion-twin-turbo-cold-air-kit
  4. I have for sale a BRAND NEW K&N Cold Air Intake (CAI) for the 07 thru 10 Ford Edge with the 3.5L V6 motor. I bought it originally to install on my 2010 Ford Edge, but traded it in for a 7-passenger vehicle. I bought it from Autoanything, but waited past the 30 day return to send it back. My loss is your gain. This one is has the silver aluminum tube and the open air filter. It will look great under the hood. More importantly, your engine will sound better and pick up increased horsepower/torque (guaranteed by K&N). Depending on your driving habits, you may see an increase in mile per gallon as well according to K&N. The box has never been opened. I have provided pictures of the box and the part number label. However, I did not want to open the box, so I have provided a stock photo of the actually CAI that K&N supplies to retailers. Make me an offer because I need this out of my garage.

  9. This is my 1st time posting...I am a Ford/Lincoln Man (fusion/edge/taurus/flex/f150/MKZ/MKS/etc). Hope I did post correctly...if not I will modify this posting soon. Links to my 0-60 videos are provided below (done on a friends property...a safe untravel private road). Links below will take you to another page with the same 2 links as below...then click 1 link (of the 2) again. My car is a 2008 Taurus SEL 3.5 FWD Auto with 2.77 final drive, 215/60R17 tires, curb weight 3,741 LBS. There is no smoke and mirrors with these 2 videos (on flat ground, tires same height as stock, with gas, seats and spare/jack in the car. Hope to get some feedback/comments as I am a person always proud to say that I am a Ford Taurus owner...its quick (and smooth) enough to turn honda/toyota/nissan owners back toward Ford/Lincoln. People usually think its a 4 door Lexus Sport Sedan, Audi or infinityG35/37 (if they hop in without seeing what type of vehicle they are getting into)...surprise its a Ford Taurus (and it's fast)! Enjoy, Jay 0-60 runs.doc
