Hi All, We purchased a 2009 Ford Edge almost three years ago which had an aftermarket touch screen system installed (see image attache). This offered AM/FM radio, CD, iPod capability, bluetooth, and DVD amongst other features. Just recently, the touch screen stop responding and the different options are only able to be changed via the steering wheel media button. But we cannot change radio stations, set favorites, change the time, etc. Does anyone know if there is a way to troubleshoot a touch screen responding issue or is there a fix to this?? Thanks in advance!

Maybe I missed it searching, but I couldn't find my answer so I am asking for help. 2008 Ford Edge LTD with navigation. The dealer gave me the 09 update CD awhile back, but a lot has changed in 5+ years. Looking on ebay and other sites all the new updates appear to be on a SD card. My car doesn't have a SD card slot that I know of, just a USB drive. I called the dealer to see if they have a CD to update the maps to 2014 ones and they had no idea and couldn't find any info. The parts guy took my name and number - we'll see if he calls back. In the meantime, what have other owners of older navigation systems done to update their OEM system? Not interested in the "get a Garmin" answer. Thanks!

Hey all. So I've got a 2007 SEL+ (limited) with the upgraded stereo (sub 6 disc changer) and having problems with the CD changer. Specifically, I cannot eject the one disc that's in there. When I press eject, the stereo says "moving to disc 1" makes some noise like it's trying to move the magazine to the right slot then stops. It makes this noise about 4 times with a pause inbetween each and finally says "CD read error". Has anyone else had this problem? Is my CD changer pooched? Can anyone point me to a write up of how to remove the stereo? Thanks in advance. Edgely.
