Whats the best method/material for tinting tail light lenses a bit. How much does this cost from a pro shop? -
I will be posting a video of my change out of the rear brake/turn signal lights. The sockets in this video (once you see it) tell a story. This video will make you want to run out and check your tail lights. Stand by for the video. -
MercyGirl productions has now created head to head comparison of the tail lights with this follow up video on how to replace the tail light brake lights in a 2011 ford edge. The one noticeable difference is the 2008 only uses one bulb in the brake lights and the 2011 uses two bulbs in each brake light. The 2011 has less charring on the light socket as you see in the video. The 2011 has less years and miles so the sockets are of course in better condition. Enjoy the video. Compared to the 2008

There's a few modifications I'd like to do to my Edge 1.) LED lights in the reflector for tail lights - basically what was done on this thread http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/11875-ford-edge-led-taillight-reflector-conversion/ The user who made them hasn't been on in months and I was wondering if anyone had any insight as how to do this 2.) Change my DRLs from the low beam to my front fog lights - has anyone done this, I'd imagine it can't be that hard. Either rewiring or a trip to the dealership 3.) Projector retrofit http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/album.php?albumid=118&attachmentid=858 I contacted a retrofit company for a quote, but if anyone here can do them I'd appreciate it EDIT: 4.) Change dashboard/cluster lighting - I HATE the green it feels outdated. I was thinking keeping the red needles, white for the main parts of the gauges and blue for the other parts (km conversion, Hot/Cold End points, etc) Open to any comments/suggestions!

Hi Guys: I replaced my bulbs in the tail lights and directional by LEDs, as you know they still keep on burning the sockets, two replacements on the row, but as a result, now the LEDs flash a little fast, I was wondering how to replace the flasher by an electronic one, but which to get? and where is it located so I can replace it? Any help will be really apprecialted....thanks -

Did you wife/husband/gf/fiance/drunk douchebag brother-in-law/16 y/o kid back into something in the supermarket parking lot?
