  1. I have a new Ford Edge 2013 which I have now driven about 3 weeks. I am currently experiencing problems with the voice control button which works intermittently. I am scheduled to take it in to service, however, they tell me they cannot fix it if it is working. I have no control over when it works and when it doesn't. It shows on My Ford Touch that software update is current. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
  2. I am seriously considering the new Windows 8 phone when it arrives to replace my iphone. Just wondering if there may be more integration with Sync since they are both Microsoft products. Ford has apparently decided not to have integration with Siri directly through Sync. The new Win 8 phone will have an updated voice program that looks better than Siri in that it can open apps, but can also control the app once it is open, such as starting Pandora and commanding it to play an artist or song. It would be a huge safety feature (not to mention the coolness factor :shades:) to be able to press the voice button on the wheel and control it directly instead of having to use the phone.

    Master Reset

    I'm having the issues where my voice control does not chime and does not ask me to say a command. From reading the forums, I see that one of the solutions is performing a Master Reset. The question is: will I need to reload 3.0.2 or will the reset simply "reboot" my 3.0.2 instance?
