Making 2015 Edge Headlight match Fog lights

What temperature range headlight do I need to have the headlights match the lower LED triangular lights (fog Lights) on the bumper?

if your putting in HIDs to match the accent lighting I'd say about 5000k

I'm looking at ways to make the DRL headlamps a similar colour temp as the LED signature lamps on the lower fascia.

 

Would something like Sylvania Silverstar Ultra or GE Nighthawk Platinum bulbs have a close enough white hue?

 

How difficult would it be to upgrade the non-HID Titanium to HID, is there a factory component I can bolt-on or replace?
