I used the online chat on their website to get the item number for floor mats with the Mustang running horse logo (for my Mustang of course). When the mats arrived they were plain with no logo at all. Their customer service claimed it was my fault for not ordering the right item. Even after I sent them the transcript of the online chat (twice) it took almost two weeks and multiple phone calls before they finally admitted their mistake and sent replacement mats. Blue Ghost ST Report post Posted October 23, 2021 (edited) I ordered a bug shield for my 2015 f150. It was a Stampede "CLEAR" shield. Box came, and it was a SMOKE colored one. Called them, they recognized the problem, as THEIR ERROR, and sent me a clear one. Tole me to keep, or trash the smoke colored one. I sold it to a guy that had just bought a new pick up. HOWEVER, my buddy ordered 2 new fog lights for his 2002 F150 KR. One was broken in the shipping box, that showed NO EVIDENCE of damage to the box. He called them up, got a girl who couldn't/didn't speak English well. After 45 minutes on the phone, she FINALLY got him hooked up with someone else, (her boss), and was told a new one would be sent out immediately !! He is still waiting as far as I know.
