Edge Sport with adaptive steering

Anybody with an Edge Sport with the adaptive steering? I read a review that said it was twitchy and required lots of little inputs from the driver when on the highway?? Anyone experience this?

I have a 2017 Edge Sport with the adaptive steering and have not experienced any abnormalities at any speed.

I have a 2016 Edge Sport (June 2016 build date and purchased in Dec. 2016) and I really like the Adaptive Steering. In April 2017 I started receiving - Adaptive Steering Fault Service Required" repetitively and the AS feature stops working. Many other owners have experienced this problem (not sure if any 2017 Sports have this problem. My fix was a new steering wheel and no problems since then. Nothing twitchy on the road with my AS - but the Lane Departure Warning feature sometimes torques the steering wheel to one side or the other (somewhat unexpectedly) even if you are not close to leaving your current lane. I have the most sensitive setting on this feature set.so that may explain it. I believe this feature reads the little makers embedded in the road to determine your lane position. Overall, very happy with the vehicle's performance and technology.

Sorry late to this thread, 2017 with build date of Oct 2016. No issues technically or functionally. I only have 4500 miles, but hey are all long trip miles. At first I wasn't,t sure of its values, but I would get it a agin. In fact I'm looking at new F150 and 250 trucks and checking the adaptive steering box as part of the options

I have adaptive steering on my 2016 Edge Titanium. I'm not sure if it's any different from adaptive steering on the sport. I did have the steering wheel replaced due to an adaptive steering fault message that kept coming up, but haven't experienced any twitchiness while driving either before or after the wheel was replaced.
