A Rousch manual says possibly "P25B0 Fuel Level Sensor “A” Stuck" Ford E-Series and F-Series ProductsDescription The SRM reads Fuel Level Sender (FLS) input and broadcasts it to the IC and PCM. If the vehicle is driven a considerable distance and the FLS value doesn't change, the fault is set.
