Further North Posted March 31, 2018 Author Report Share Posted March 31, 2018 Solved the problem: Swapped if for another Edge with a few more miles, the towing package, a V6 (not my preference), Ford Certification and a new set of tires... You'd think it'd be something you could add, and I'd have preferred to stay with the 2.0L...but the 3.5L is what's available and I'm tired of dealing with the problem. Adding a hitch, wiring, coolers, and hoping they could switch the anti-sway on was beginning to approach $1,000, with no guarantee of success and no warranty... It looks the same for 2015, 2016 (both on page 14) and 2018 (also page 16). ...not gonna add all that for reasonable money... And what precautions should you take to minimize the risk of damage? Im assuming maintaining a slower speed and keeping a close eye on the engine temp?
