The Rambo modified IC Outlet/Cold pipe is ready for market at $230 a copy.
This includes basic powder coat colors & shipment.

Place your orders direct to: Ramfab27@gmail.com.

Pics soon to follow...;-)

Note:
SnmJim & Special K are scheduling Dyno & track time after install of which results will B posted.

UPDATE 5/4/18:

Tom (the initial test fitted vehicle) before the install went to the track and ran an average of 13.32 over 3 runs, went 30 min away and got the boost tube installed went back to the track and averaged 13.2 over 3 runs after the install. A solid 10th of sec is worth an EASY 10 to 15 hp. No i don't have slips before you ask sadly. We are hoping for even more of a benefit with the bigger turbos and the intercooler.

No CEL, just a boost tube where there are no sensors.

Drivability is not affected at all

DA about the same both times? That is a pretty solid gain for "just a pipe".

Honestly i would love to give a 100% yes, i cant tho sadly. it was only a 1.5 hour time difference first was at 1200 and next run was before 1400.

I cant imagine the DA's being massively different.

And yes a solid gain, i didn't expect any less though.....that was a hell of a choke point.

Not sold on the results unfortunately.

No slips or proof? What were the 60's on each of the times, that alone could have made the difference in times. What about mph?

I would deem this still inconclusive.

Thank you.

No thanks needed and it's okay you dont have to be sold on results. It's hard to keep data integrity available when going over 1000 miles, and the individual doesn't understand pictures.

Not trying to sound brash....just tired of being the only ones pioneering and only receiving negative comments by those doing little.

Maybe you could buy the pipe and post hard found facts for us? We wish we could but alas we are installing pipe and intercooler at the same time as we do not have the money to dyno testing.....not at 120 per session.

I'm with you. one hour difference at the track can be substantially different results. I have slips to prove that.

1st run at 1:05pm ran 13.82 @ 97 with 2.10 60ft

2nd run at 2:14pm ran 13.56 @ 99 with 2.05 60ft

I put a booger on the steering wheel for the second run, so I can claim on the web I gained .3 tenths of a second in the 1/4 mile from a simple "Mucus Mod"

See why its kind of silly to judge off a time slip with no other info? We need more testing, logs, and info to be sure of what it is actually accomplishing. We all understand you are trying to pioneer parts and such for the rest of us. Believe me, we are appreciative, and your thanks are well deserved. But you guys seem to prematurely toot horns without any substantiating evidence.

You say "we're pioneering" then follow it with "buy it for yourself and post facts for us". That's a bit backwards, as pioneers tend to do the testing and give us the results.

How about simple facts. Do you have the times for all the runs? Were all runs made on the same gas?

Anything to at least show a definitive gain other then 13.2 or 3 runs and 13.32 for 3 runs...

You can gain the same from 1-2 Gallons of E85 and max out your timing. That's $2.50 a gallon.

Same fuel same tune 2 hours apart. Edited by Special_K

I applaud the enthusiasm and efforts of K and Jim. It seems obvious that the new pipe would provide some positive flow improvements and for $230 I'm probably in. I really don't care about actual definitive quantitative results in regards to 1/4 mile performance, I'm sure it's somewhat better and like I've stated previously: any improvement in IAT temperature and/or heat management is good for this engine. It's not like these guys are trying to get rich selling us snake oil. Looking forward to more when the new IC is incorporated.

Special K, a random thought, you could send a pipe for testing and review to GT500R, he's been doing consistent tests for a long time, he's got a vbox and I hear an HP tuner on loan so he can test all the parameters and he's even got the IC upgrade.

That's assuming he's up for it as well, testing, consistent testing, takes a lot of time. And I am guessing having multiple data points will help sell the product, more data is good.

I cant afford to toss 230.00 dollars right now. However i will gladly chip in 50.00 for the cause.

@GTR500 are you interested in doing proper testing?

LOL - you all are entertaining.

Keep up the good work Special_K & Snmjim. I understand where the others are coming from on wanting facts but as adults, I think we can make educated decisions on whether it's worth it or not. Hell, most don't even go into detail / post about mod's they've done to their vehicle.

Thanks bud! This is what my father and are hoping people do. My father and i are gladly being the test bed to help ensure foothold in the aftermarket parts industry, everyone here knows about what we are working on and knows it will be available to the consumer soon.
