There's extensive roadworks that was completed around the time I bought my Sport in March 2017, and would not be surprised if these roads aren't on the latest maps, but when I went to check for updates I got the bellow message - is that normal that you need to get these from your local dealership? akirby Posted July 21, 2018 Report Share Posted July 21, 2018 Maps are always out of date but until recently I think sync 3 was still using maps that were at least 3 years old. It took almost 14 months for our house (we built in 2016) to be put into google maps. Couldn't get pizza delivered because we werent on the map!!!!
