oskar27 Report post Posted December 14, 2019 On my 2016 Edge Titanium 2.0L EcoBoost I’m thinking to spay paint the engine plastic cover, the one which sits at the top of the engine block and has access for the oil dip stick / oil fill. I noticed this cover is easily removable Has anyone done this? Good idea? It’s all about the looks and keeping things under the hood clean

And the Ford logo makes it look like an OEM job. The link you sent also is very useful, lots of ideas.
Jombi Report post Posted January 24, 2020 Not sure what the 2.0 cover is made of but the 2.7 cover is some sort of foam. So a flexible bumper paint might be the way to go.
