Recommended Posts

Be happy we have a forum.

The Toyota Corolla forum I go on for my daughter's car has been overrun with spam for a couple of months now. It is effectively dead.

All of Robert's forums were down at the same time (or at least the ones I frequent).  Must be a hosting problem.

I'll make sure everyone gets a refund for the down time.  :)

Might be the advertisers looking for a refund.

No ads no payment.

Blue Oval had their site page fixed in short order. I'm still seeing this on startup. I guess we're a lower priority in the grand scheme of things.

If I turn off "Ublock Origin" I see a few ads.

I meant if the site is down there are no ads so the advertisers don’t pay.  I assume that’s how it works.

Are you using a stream to view content?  Mine disappeared and I got that type of error,  it if you go to the main page I was still logged in.

Nope. Still getting it on all 3 laptops using Firefox 88.0.1 build and with Edge. 🤷‍♀️

Works fine for me.  Maybe your ISP has an old cached copy.

Well that is strange.  It must be the URL you’re using.  Are you logging back in each time or just going to a different URL to be able to post again?  What if you just go directly to fordedgeforum.com ?

Same thing when I access it directly from fordedgeforum.com. It views correctly when I'm logged in. I always log out when I'm done. Only began after the site went down and came back on.

Whatever the cause was it has been rectified. Everything's back to the way it was. 👍
