It will not open or retract, apparently the motors(?) need replacement. The dealer where I purchased the automobile, new - special order, quoted me $15,000.00 to repair and was charged $1,500.00 just to manually close the roof and deactivate the switches. No doubt in my mind that I was ripped off but had no other alternative but to pay the $1,500.00. Would appreciate a response as I would like to repair the panoramic roof before giving the automobile to my granddaughter.
