Customer Satisfaction 22N12- Flex Plate Crack on 2.0

This showed up today, and when I searched it on here it looks like some people that paid for this repair might get some relief from Ford.  See page 2.

Well isn’t that great news to wake up to.  Went through this mess last winter.  One that featured the initial shop almost torpedoing my engine with a misdiagnosis in the process.  

Think I dropped about $1500 for flex plate replacement.  Time to go dig for that ticket!

I got this letter yesterday.  Now to figure out which dealership to go with for scheduling the appointment.
