My Daughter has a 2019 Mustang GT, Roush stuff and it has black spidery wheels only 19" instead of my 18"on my 2018 Edge. Every time I look at them, I wonder.....hmmmmm would the Mustang Gt 19's fit my Edge ? ....youwza ? I went ahead and got lottery tickets just in case

Wrong bolt pattern, and with adapters they would stick out too far more than likely.

I'm no expert, but I do have 2016 Mustang GT wheels on my 2011 Edge. So I say look at the data and decide

Based on that data, seems like you'd need adapters to convert your Edge 5x108 bolt pattern to accommodate the 5x114.3 wheels.  Looks like most adapters I find would push the wheel 1.25" farther from the hub if that works for you.
