Kpcrn6 Report post Posted February 26 Had to replace starter today. It was a hard job. You have to perform the work from the top. Remove the two nuts from the starter to the engine block first. You can then tilt the starter to allow access to the electrical wires. Take the 13mm and 10mm nuts off and remove the electrical box and now you can pull the old starter out the top. 1 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
WWWPerfA_ZN0W Report post Posted February 27 yeah hasn't ever been easy on this platform lol. have had to remove the battery and battery tray to get to it. on the plus side, you can often access/assess the transmission mount at the same time, at least on the 3.5/3.7, and make it easier to replace the booster lolololol.
