You must have the 6F35 transmission and someone else was asking the same thing. Found this on an Escape forum. Looks like there are 3 holes to use. Fill, level check and drain. https://www.fordescape.org/threads/6f35-level-plug-location.31353/ -

We're looking to replace my wife's 2004 Lexus RX-330. It's got 151,000 miles and is in need of some repairs and maintenance that's made us decide it's time to move up a bit. Got it from original owner in 2010 with 48,000 miles. It's served us well. We typically drive Hondas, but the Lexus was a unique opportunity. The Ford Edge is at the top of our list. $15,000 is the top limit of our budget. Must haves: 2014 or newer (don't want to replace an aging car with anything less than 10 years newer) Leather seats 8" display (because I'll do the Sync 3 upgrade soon) Everything else we're pretty flexible about. So, I realize the 2014s are the last of a generation and for a little bit more we can get a 2015. It may ultimately come down to what kind of deal I can find on either one. I've driven a 2016 but not a 2014 yet. Any advice (besides a few test drives, that we're preparing to take) on how to choose between the two? -

I can’t seem to find where I can fill up the fluid on this model. It does not have a dipstick or a cap. Can only the dealer or an auto shop fill the ecoboost model? The fluid is low for sure. I accidentally drained it and now it won’t shift into any gear. I know I’m an idiot, just need an answer. thank you -

Let me repeat in case you missed it - this is a BEV - electric only vehicle with a range of 300+ miles. And it won’t look like that.

Update: Well I dropped of my 2018 Edge Sport yesterday for the DSP software update. My service rep said they (Ford) figured out the problem. They were pumping the noise cancelling sound through the wrong speakers in the vehicle. He said it was coming through the speakers behind the seat (not sure which seat) and with the rear seats up and the cargo area enclosed it was like holding two microphones against each other and causing feedback. So the software now pumps the noise cancelling through different speakers. No vibration at idle on the way home today. I’ll give one final update next week to make sure everyone knows it is indeed fixed. If you have this problem, point your dealer to this forum post/string and tell them to update your DSP software. Thanks to DRSE for finding the solution and posting it here! -

Hey Boostedge, I doubt it, but you could ask the dealer to check it out. I’ll post below what I learned today.
