New to the Edge forum.
My 2010 Edge came without Satellite radio (satellite ready). I’ve had a Sirius dock in my old car for 4 years and really like it, but I would like to have it play through the new radio. However I cannot get a straight answer on the best way to get it installed. The dealer told me to go to “their” guy….who wanted $600.00 (no way). Others are telling me to get a special harness & tuner to attach to the head unit…..but I would also have to add the antenna. Why wouldn’t you be able to use the existing antenna in the car? I need to make a decision by month’s end when my subscription is up. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks in advance for all suggestions.
