German Edge

Hi there, I'm riding my Edge in Germany. It came with Radio/6CD-Changer and Audiophile® Sound System (with 4 two-way speakers mounted in the doors, an 8" subwoofer and 190-watt amplifier mounted in the back). Now I'm going to change the radio by an aftermarket Navi/Radio. Does anybody have an wiring diagram of the Ford Can-Bus 24, 16 and 8 PIN? I have to identify the wires for amplifier and subwoofer.
