Well I thought I should maybe post an update on my situation. In simple terms, my oil consumption has stopped. It slowed and then it just completely stopped. I've now put on an another 1200 kms. and the oil level hasn't changed a bit. So I am much relieved. Wish there was an explanation but I'll take not having to check the oil every long trip.
I guess you didn't end up with the 3.7L diesel (aka oil burner) option after all... :D
LED taillights?

I'd like to find some clear chrome LED taillights for my wife's Ingot Silver Edge Sport, but haven't had any luck finding anything out there in internet land.
Anyone know of any sites that might sell them, or are they just not yet available for the Edge - they seem to be available for every other Ford model vehicle. I've checked a bunch of sites that sell Mustang accessories to no avail.
