sooooooo no ones bought them.......

I like the rascasse, monaco, and bathurst. in black. google couldn't find me and new model edges with either of these wheels. Anyone have em?
-
Sorry for the slow response, dealer said the two part numbers required were:
DL3Z-19A390 C
F4TZ-19G367 A
$650 Canadian for parts & install.
thanks. IIRC you can't completely do a self install because the dealer has to program stuff, correct?
-
From a totally non tech person with a 2016 Edge I went into the dealer to get the $120 module to allow use of the remote start app, I was told that I would need an additional $300 module to the use of the app. It would be nice but not $420 plus labour nice.
do you know if it was smartlink or remote access?

I drilled out the center of the factory part, then used a dremel with a drum sander attachment to open it up to the same size as the tweeter hole. Then I used some foam seal tape to snug up the tweeter into the factory hole, then did a dab or 2 of epoxy on the back to secure it to the plastic. I will take a pic tomorrow
any chance you'd make another sub box and sell it?

If kona blue is not selected, tap on the color wheel near the picture of the edge and select it. Then you can try out all of the different wheels and see what each would look like. (Note I tapped the SE instead of the SEL, and AWD instead of FWD, but I don't think it will make any difference.)
thanks, but i was curious about THESE wheels in particular. he never says what they are.
-
can anyone ps these wheels onto a kona blue non-lowered non-sport?
-
Did you completely remove the grill before painting it Dooley? If so how hard was it to take down?
+1 would like to know also.

Anxiously awaiting this as I was going to get the Remote Access. This just plugs in with no wiring needed. I'm guessing it will cost about $500-600.
ditto. guessing it'll be cheaper upfront cost tho, with a monthly fee from your cell phone company.
-
what's the difference between this and remote access above in post #8? the latter seems to already be available.
remote access does not provide a wifi hotspot. smartlink does.
-
I just installed a Remote Access system in my 16 Edge Sport and can confirm that it works. Just a pain to reach up and plug in the main harness plug that gets connected.
did your car come with normal remote start? what parts did you order?
-
any update on this? anyone with a 2016 edge add this to their car?
-
hey guys,
I have a 2016 edge sel with remote start, sync 3. I just want to add the ability to remote start my edge using my phone. There's no range limit on that, right? also, what part(s) would I need?
-
it goes right above the license plate. that's where mine is.
i think this is the thread you need.

sounds like something common, maybe you should read other threads. and/or post there since you're not gettting any response here.
I know i turn my recirc button on to avoid the smell, haven't looked under the car or took it in yet, but i need to since it's still under warranty.
-
still have the remote starter?
-
any idea how much the entire part costs? I KNOW i'm going to end up getting one anyway b/c i'm too particular about that kind of stuff, and there aren't many junkyards in my area.
-
dammit. i was hoping that wasn't the case. thanks for your help.
-
black.
its not the big piece that you step over/on when u get in the car. its about a 4" x 4" piece that pops into the forwardmost part of that piece.
-
wasnt there when i bought it.
-
OK so i'm missing whatever piece goes in the driver's side kickpanel, it would basically cover all those wires that are going from the firewall to the rear of the vehicle. Not sure if i'm describing it well enough but if you're sitting in the car and moved your left foot all the way to the left till it hit the side of the footwell, that's where it would go. Not sure what to call it so i can't search it on fordparts, and browsing there hasn't turned up anything that looks like it.
any help?

You are so right Crabman. They hurt performance and thus fuel economy. I've had it w/mine. I'm going to get some 17 or 18" wheels as soon at these tires wear out...WHICH btw is about 5000 miles from now. The Pirelli Pzero Scorpion 265-40-22s are only going to last about 50K. AND try pricing out replacements...OUCH.
let us know when u sell your 22s. Interested.

Anyone tried the TSW 21' wheels on our edges?
