I live in NJ and orderd the Westin 30-0015 Light Bar.

Not thinking about the position of my front liscense plate.

I am assuming this will now block it.

am I wrong?

Try a master reset.

Master reset did infact fix the issue.

Sleepy can you explain to me the function of the tinted liscense plate? Because if some "douchebag" hit me and ran and I wasn't able to read the plate because of it I'd be livid.

I do not see any good reason to have it on a car unless you do stupid things and want to minimize the chance of being caught

New update caused my voice function to not work no beeps just an icon and its as if It doesn't hear anything I say

Ok I installed all software and new sd card.

Now when I hit the voice button there is no sound just the voice icon appears and it doesn't accept anything I say it just hangs there then cancels as if I didn't say anything

In the process of updating everything now. Will be back with what I think when it's done

Dingo, how do you see at night I would be scared to have my front tinted like that.

I have had nothing but problems with then LEDs. Staying on breaking burning out. Waste of money

So i fixed the fixture with some solder but I noticed that the lights I replaced in the front dome stay on even when the lights are off or the car is off.. there is a very slight glow to them anyone else have that issue?

Tried the install, same issue 39mm only fits cargo light so im going to order 42mm.

Unfortunately one of the contacts broke off of the dome light and I will have to replace the light fixture itself anyone know where I can order the fixture?

I have a 11 limited and that piece is chrome, I just purchased an overlay to cover the word ford though

I am a new proud owner of the 2011 Ford Edge Limited (Kona blue). I used to own a 2010 ford fusion SEL (tuxedo black) that i had modified with magnaflows, LEDs and rims. However after racking up the miles and seeing the new edge it was about time to make a change. I love the new limited version, interior is fabulous and shows quality, exterior is also beautiful. I have the 20inch chrome clad, panoramic roof, driver's entry package and navigation.. its pretty neat.. looking forward to making small modifications as the car is already good lookin'. ill post pics as soon as possible.

Welcome and congrats! do you know exactly what mods you will be making?

I haven't had my '11 Limited for long but I don't feel any need to upgrade the factory system. For me, this is unusual. I think the speakers are well matched and carry the load well.

 

On another note, has anyone noticed that the system sounds best (from the driver's seat) with the fader biased toward the rear about 2 clicks?

Thats what I was thinking but it is such a inexpensive project that I am wondering about the other people that did it and their experience

Hey cal anyway to add the amount of bulbs for each application for example, dome light 2 xxx

After reading threads about people replacing their car door speakers it made me think of how simple the install would be and how much better it would actually sound.

So today while driving my car I really focused on the sounds coming out of my speakers and I have to say that it sounds good to me.

But if there are people on here that can swear by the superior quality of aftermarket speakers instead of the sony then I am interested to see what brand they used and why it is so much better before I dive into something

Have Had same issue dealership repaired 3 times, still occurs so now I am pursuing legal action.
