i did try the parking brake......still no luck. the dealer has no clue how to fix it.

I have had my 2011 Edge Limited for 3 days and cannot get any video to play. AV input and USB will not show the video while in park. I can hear the audio, but get the following message half the time; "Video will resume when returned to PARK". Am i doing anything wrong or do i need to see the dealer?[/size][/size][/b]
